The RTX 3050 6GB still uses a 32 ROP configuration, with 16 RT Cores and 64 Tensor Cores , 4 and 16 less than the RTX 3050 8GB respectively. The total die size for the GA107-325 chip comes out to be 200mm^2 , 27% smaller, however, the TDP is still listed at 130W .
