Unfortunately, even after nearly 7 years, Gang Beasts does not have cross-platform multiplayer support. It’s not surprising that an indie game does not have cross-platform support, due to it being a very difficult feature to implement and as such takes a lot of time to develop.
The only form of cross-platform that exists in Gang Beasts is that players on Xbox can play with their added family members on a Windows PC, who downloaded the game from the Xbox Store on PC.
